Kossel effector for diamond hot end

This kossel effector is a remix with diamond hot end. It is a 40mm version cooler shield. You need a very powerful 40mm cooling fan. This effector is still work in progress and not test yet.

Add v2 for 50mm cooling fan, and increase Z high.
