Same as Villa_T but bigger and with more details

the main building is divided in 3 file:
Base_1 (GREEN)
Base_2 (RED)
Top (CYAN)

then there are several extra details
Solar Panels (ORANGE)
Sun Shades (ORANGE)
Windows (ORANGE)
Railings (ORANGE)
Grass (PURPLE)

I added a picture of the CAD model with different color to identify the pieces
