ToyRep 3 point centre frog

This is a rework of the frog 100 to make a frog centre, for 3 point leveling which I find easier to do than 4 point, all my printers have 3 point leveling.

The centre distance to the centre hole to the standard frog is 103.6mm.
I also glued and then plastic welded the frog pieces together
