3DKi3 Prusa i3 Variant

This is the build manual, bill of materials and source files (including a sketchup file containing the fully assembled printer and all parts) for the 3DKi3 variant of the Prusa i3. This printer is based on the Prusa i3 Einstein and Rework variants, with some additional components including frame and bed stabilisers.

The bulk of the 3DKi3 Prusa i3 3D Printer is derived from the Einstein variant
of the Prusa i3 by JBFromOZ, http://reprap.org/wiki/JBFromOZ#Single_Plate_Style.
