Prusa I3X extruder w. fan and induction sensor mount (improved)

A minor repair of Bredita's auto levelling induction mount for Geeetech Prusa I3X. Removed a mesh artifact below the fan mount that was preventing the part from sitting on the bed.

If you build this you might want to consider shortening the fan tube by 1-2 mm. Otherwise the part works great. Thanks Bredita!
