Tool Carousel Remix

I printer this tool carousel, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:702912, a couple of months ago and really like it. The drawback I found with it was that the ring holes were too small to allow me to stow most of my small pliers. I have enlarged the diameter of the center cavity and the ring stowage holes. I also added a ring to the outer edge of the base to help keep long narrow objects from sliding out of the holder. This was printed on my Prusa i3 in PLA with no support.
