V3 - e3d clone fan ducts 360° - print and barrel ! - high performance

this is the 3rd iteration (but 5th internal :) of my fan ducts for the e3d hotend.
it cools both the print AND the barrel.
what's new:
the flow is now 360° around the print, and it flows A LOT of air.
the backpressure from the fans is really low, it flows more than *twice* the previous iteration.
this is due to the conic volume filler and the carefully optimized geometry.
