E3D v6/Lite6 mount for CTC/Flashforge/Makerbot Replicator (Single)

**NOTE:** _I no longer have a CTC Replicator, so this will not be worked on further. The OpenSCAD files are attached should you want to work on this._

I love my E3D Lite6's on both my Prusas and I didn't want to just swap to the E3D block and nozzle, yes you lose Z height with this and have to relocate the Z stop, but you gain so much more in the way of reliability and quality with the E3D. I don't use the Duel Extruders on my CTC, and the left side is totally removed, hence the single mount.
