The internal feature of this coat hook is .9"
The sign the part was intended for is about .825" thick. This was a bit loose, but I was able to pinch the part as it cooled so that it fit tighter. I will probably change the internal width before printing another.
Prints without supports, without raft.
My print:
PLA
Bed at 60C - this is high, but it kept the entire part soft. Then, I pulled the print quickly, attached it to the sign and pinched it so it would harden to a custom fit.
