Rear Bike Light Bracket

The HotShotz SL Cygo Lite wasn't very visible under the seat and behind the paniers. It also wasn't very easy to get out from under the seat. The back of the panier rack was serving no purpose so we decided to create a bracket for the back of the Fizer panier rack.
