Replicator 2x Upgrade - Print bed leveling nob redesign (Updated v2)

The standard nobs are really hard to move, and very imprecise. So i needed a funky, precise nob to relevel my print bed with less effort and without going through the complete leveling routine.

I found this thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:77817 but wasn't satisfied with the overall design. To small, to unstable, not 100% grippy and hard to read.
