The overhang on the base is not printable without support so I took the opportunity to split the model in a different spot.
The middle and top parts however I combined and scaled down slightly (from 214mm to 205mm) to fit my printer.
I have also extruded a circular space below the base to a) make it easier to remove from the platform, and b) provide a place for me to glue washers/weights if needed.
Note: This does not have the centre channel for dowels, wires, etc., etc.
