Yet another enclosure for arduino uno/leonardo + ethernet shield + protoshield

I have tried quite a few of the arduino enclosures I have found here, but I found was really nice to get the arduino + ethernet shield + proto shield into. Therefore I came up with this design. When you take the top off, it's really open and it's easy to get the "sandwich" into the enclosure. And the top the snaps on easily.
