40mm Fanduct for JHead Mk V-B on Shapercube 2.1

There are three parts:

- One JHead adapter for Sc 2.1
It's not the same as the one you can find on github, one "foot" is missing, since the support replaces it.
- The support for the Fanduct
- The fanduct itself

The fanduct should print without support, just be sure you have good cooling/speed parameters or else the upper part will be really ugly :/

Assemble with one screw, adjust so it doesn't touch the JHead
