Bike flashlight mount VERSION 2

This version is a little bit hight, to hold it in the middle of the handlebars.
This is a design based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:267045
I've added a knee with fixed points to turn the light up and down and use low beams and high beams light.
This is for 24 mm diameter flashlight, and 22,5 mm handlebars..
Now I want to modify it to correct the handlebar curvature.
Needed:
2 M4 bolts
1 M5 bolt
1 M4 nut
1 M5 nut
1 M4 locknut
2 D4 washers
1 D4 spring
