Prusa i3 reworked 1.5 1.75 mm body extruder adapted for E3D V6 and MK8 Drive Gear

I am building a Prusa i3 based on the reworked 1.5 version of by eMotion-Tech, published Jun 1, 2015 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:858449)
The printed parts I made using a cube3Dpro at work.
As I want to use a MK8 drive gear and a E3D v6 hot end and they don't fit the eMotion-Tech design, I did some small adjustments ( in a first step cut by hand) to be able to start using the extruder and then print the adapted design at time I finish the printer.
