Printing Problems

I am having problems with printing quality. I am going to make a post in the Sunhokey 3D Printer Owners Group and the Prusa i3 group and reference this Make. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on either one of those groups or in the comments here. The example is printed in PLA @ 195c with bed temp at 60 and sliced with Slic3r. My Slic3r Layers and Speed settings are included with Pics. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. (Disreguard the stl it made me put something
