AC and DC Power Box

I needed AC power to feed to 220VAC heat bed and the DC +5, +12 and GND to feed my RAMPS1.4 and limit switches i came up with a solution.
I shall share a small video so that everybody knows the intent of design and its safe use. Two identical plugs/Sockets for AC and DC voltage shall be color coded/ tagged so that they can fit at the same location and no blue-smoke emerges due to wrongly putting 220VAC plug in DC socket.
