SMA / RP-SMA connector Finger-Tightening Ring

For easy tightening and release of SMA / RP-SMA -connectors from R/C equipment.

*Coupling torque values of 0.5 - 1.1 Nm are recommended by the connector manufacturers.*

I recommend printing at least four of these at the time.
- even with ABS continuous cooling was needed to prevent deforming
- 0.1mm clearance might be too much for PLA prints so there's another file with zero clearance
