Thumbwheel for helloBEEprusa M3 nyloc nuts

This is a remix of thing:39459 to perfectly fit the helloBEEprusa bed leveling nylocs.
The dimensions are a bit too perfect, you may need to file the outside a little to avoid hitting the printer frame while the bed is moving.

The values changed from the original SCAD are the following:
knob_height = 5.2;
knob_diameter = 8.0;
knurl_count = 4;
knurl_diameter = 0.7 * knob_diameter * pi / knurl_count;
nut_width_flats = 5.50;
