Floating Candle Holder V3

I updated this a while ago but forgot to upload it. The model is designed to hold a two bulbed submersible LED light 30mm in diameter. This rework has the cap on the bottm to fix issues with the light beeing top heavy. The bar through the center of the orb is designed to fit between the two light bulbs on the light, this way you can turn on the light by twisting the cap.
