MINIMAL LCD COVER (reprap discount)

Part of my minimal i3 parts design.

Remixed 85644:
_no speaker grille
_no prusa logo
_simplified reset button
_tabs so you can screw the cover to the display
_supports without holes and 1cm longer so it works with my i3
_knob is same size as the reset button
