Rostock MAX top mount spool holder

A free rolling low profile top mount spool holder for the Rostock MAX. I was trying to design something that would take minimal torque away from the extruder to spin the spool. I had some MR105ZZ bearings sitting around from another project, so I designed this around using them... And it works great!
