Upgraded X-carriage for Sunhokey Prusa i3 - Integrated fans, 20mm extra Z-range and PiBot optical height sensor.

Added a dual extrusion version by request. There is slight room for height adjustment at the neck clamp. I will not print and use this yet as I have no plans for dual extrusion on this printer. Let me know if there's a problem with it. It assembles in CAD. The center-to center distance is 26 mm.

I made new fan holder/clamp parts because the old ones were flawed and clamped the hot end at an angle. The new ones also look much better.
