Printing on Makerbot Z18, layer 0.2 mm, the printing time 8: 30hod and 8: 45hod. Added bearings (inner diameter 10 mm, outer diameter 26 mm, width 8 mm) and the aluminum rod 10 mm in diameter and 1 mm wall thickness. Inside the threaded rod of a diameter of 8mm. Using washers and wing nuts it is retained behind the cage.
