Slim LM8UU Holder for Folgertech 2020 Prusa i3

I loved the design of this bearing/bushing holder, but the Folgertech 2020 Prusa i3 requires a little more height for clearance of the motors. I added it, and here it is. It uses the same screws that the stock Folgertech holder use.
