Manual (Non-electronic) PonyTrope

I loved Keleyegan's original PonyTrope but I wanted a simpler (non-electronic) version. I did not want to buy a motor, Arduino, leds etc. And more importantly I had never programed an Arduino and was intimidated to learn. What to do? I decided to create a manual remix.
