Printrbot Alu v2 Extruder / Motor mount

This can be mounted to any standard gantry mount with mounting points similar to that of a NEMA 17 motor. It will fit a NEMA 17 motor of any size, assuming this can handle the weight. It is designed to (barely) fit a Printrbot Alu v2 extruder, which can only fit one way.

**GENERAL WARNING: THIS DESIGN WILL MAKE YOUR HOTEND OFF-CENTER. YOUR EFFECTIVE PRINT AREA MAY SHRINK.** I'm currently designing a quick-disconnect style carriage similar to the TAZ 5 that will remedy this.
