Ultimaker Printhead Cover

Updated printhead cover for Ultimaker Hotend version 2. I started to notice some damage to the printhead wires, so I modified my design (Thing 77120). This version has a larger opening so the wires do not touch the cover. It is also shorter and lighter - it now weighs about 7.2 g in PLA.

To install, just twist the cover and the "opening" on the one side becomes much larger and easily fits over all the wires and bowden tube.
