Simple Knurled Rotary Enocder Knob

A simple knurled knob for rotary encoders that have a 6mm diameter D shaft. Most of the well designed knobs I found on here were just too big for what I wanted, this one is fairly small, the "big" is 13.5mm diameter.

Some resizing may be necessary for your specific printer.

Turns out the overall knob is a lot smaller than I thought, so the knurls don't show up as well as I had hoped. The "big" file version has bigger knurls.
