Idler Rod for Bearing for Greg's Accessible Extruder

This should be a printable replacement for the crossbar in the idler on Greg's/Wade's/Etc/Your Cousin's Extruder.

Made purely because I don't want to have to buy an M8 rod for just 20mm.
