This little tank is designed as a low-tech vehicle for the Heavy MetalGods Role Playing Game.
It is supposed to look like a technologically less advanced planet (let's say 19th century tech) discovered some highly advanced mecha buried deep in the ground and re-endineered the - by their standards - most advanced AFV they could.
