A little robot designed in OpenSCAD with turnable head, snap-in movable arms and hands.
The model can be fully parameterized. You may try to reduce the distance between the outer body and the pillar carrying the head. In the STL's the difference is 1 mm which separates the parts parts clearly and allows the head to turn.
