M3D filament guide

Designed to be used with the [M3D Horizontal overhead filament holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:959372) and my [M3D spool holder center with bearing](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1161255) for the holder and 608 bearings.

I tried using this [filament guide](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:60588), but the filament kept getting stuck between bearing and the side. I also couldn't find a rotational position that would work all the time without pulling.
