K8200/3Drag GT2 Y Tensioner for raised Y axis mod (12mm raise)

If you are using the 16T GT2 pulleys on a K8200/3Drag The belts will collide,
and the Y belt will rub on the smooth rods of the X axis. To provent this, you can use
this mod that raises the Y axis by 12mm. This way the Y belt will be above the smooth rods.
