120mm case fan to 4" dryer vent adapter

Created to vent my 3D printer outside. Design printed well. I used Esun PETG with 0.8mm nozzle and 0.5mm layer height. After printing I did have to redrill the holes to get the bolts (#8's) to go in without needing to twist them.
