Floats and Boats Expansion Pack

This is an expansion pack called Floats and Boats with four major components. It is designed to combine with any of the pre-existing sets to create a "Hot Air" Balloon (using a helium balloon), and a rubber band-powered boat (using a soda bottle). An additional challenge idea could be a water bottle submarine.
