Holder for 3/8" tube

This part was created to hold a 3/8" (diameter) dowel (cylinder). It has 4 screw holes to mount it (each hole is 1/10" diameter and 1/4" deep). There also is one hole on the top of the part which is slightly smaller than 1/10" (diameter) and it is intended to be used to apply pressure to the 3/8" (diameter) dowel and prevent it from slipping out.
