Front Y Carriage Melamine reinforcement for Sunhokey Prusa i3 2015

The front acrylic plate on the Y carriage was pretty well bent due to the belt tension, I had to do something about that, and I thought I could just design a reinforcement part.

I printed it a little more thin (60% height) at 50% fill and it works like a charm (PLA, 0.2mm layer), rotate it at 45° in order to fit on the print bed (if you have a 20x20cm bed). Just ease out the holes (a few turns with a smaller drill did tha trick) and you're good to go. I can see an improvement in Y axis qualit
