hand clackers

My project is very loud. If you have ever played with clackers you know what i am talking about. My mechanism is basically clackers but with a handle. As you move your handle up and down the balls on the end of the thing will move in a circular motion and they will smack each other. So the faster you move the handle the faster the balls will go.
