Voltage Meter With Powerpole Connectors

bought a voltage meter:

and designed up a case to put it in as well as a power pole connection as that is what is used primarily for quick power connected where I am from

the lcd will take 0-100v but needs 3v-28v I have it installed electronically such that the power poles power the lcd as well as read...but cuts off anything beyond 28v. As such it wont read anything less than 3v, which is n
