Quad-Blade Noise Maker

For the Make it Loud competition I created the Quad-Blade Noise Maker. This is a new take on the classic noise maker that many use during New Year's. Just like the classic, this noise maker creates sound by having a gear push a "blade" that then snaps back, making the iconic click sound that the noise makers create. What makes this model unique is the fact that it has four blades. This creates four clicks rather than the usual one when you spin the gear, thus making it louder. Also the hand
