Cantilever Z Flag

I tried to print the "z endstop adjuster.stl" however it always came out horribly. Attributing this to the fact that it's tiny with 2 M3 holes and nut traps I instead made my own with an integrated flag. This removes an M3 bolt & nut and takes only a little longer to print.

* 1 off 3D printed "Cantilever Z Flag.stl"
* 3 off M3x20mm bolts
* 3 off M3 nut
* 2 off 5mm M3 standoffs
* ~70mm of black electrical insulation tape
