Small Dual Extruder Calibration Chip

There are a lot of dual extruder calibration chips out there, but this one is mine. I was getting a little frustrated with HedonismBot's calibration procedure which takes a really long time (heat the bed and extruders, print some lines that are difficult to interpret and pull off the bed easily) to perform and repeat.
