Pulley Tensioner for Richrap 3DR V2

I am making another RichRap 3DR for my family, I have decided to order longer Smooth Rods and Put the pulley system on the Smooth Rods themselves.
There is a screw that will press against the 20x20 extrusion to lift the whole Pulley part to tighten the belt.
