Prusa I3 X-Carriage for GT2 & T2.5 with 6x 30mm M3 holes and no belt ties

I wanted a version of /thing:889407 that had 30mm spaced holes so that I could mount /thing:84836 to it and have more stability and options than just 2x M3 screws.

Requires 8x zip ties for LM8UU's

Added hole to zip tie cable chain ends in place. I used /thing:11978 as my cable chain.
