This is an insert for the air assist nozzle for 40 watt laser cutters posted here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:343494
The fitting has a large base to keep it attached to the build platform during printing. Once the base has been trimmed to the proper diameter to fit in the nozzle, just super glue it into place.
