Mercedes C-Class w204 iPhone 6 mount for Audio 50 APS

The build-in navigation system of my Mercedes W204 (Bj. 2011) is an useful but not very beautiful tool. I searched for an mounting system to get my iPhone 6 working as an replacement navigation system but did not find an working solution for my needing.

My design fits following specifications:

-mount- and removable within a few seconds
-stable stand while slow down, accelerate and driving curves
-minimal flattering while driving
-minimal design to ceep the cockpit clean
-possibility to charce the phone while driving

This design fits to the Mercedes Audio 50 APS system and is mounted into the cover of the navigation system. Simply snap the two arms into the cover of the APS 50 as shown in one of the pictures.

The lens of the iPhone 6 camera works like a self locking mechanism. If you want to use it make sure you put your phone with the lens to the right into the mount. The other way the stand also works well because the own weight of your phone holds itself in the stand
