This is pretty much a direct remake of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:173749.
It didn't suit my phone unless I took the cover off, so I redid it as a adjustable version.
The STL is for an iPhone 6+, but its pretty easy to modify to suit whatever you like. If you'd like to use it, but not sure about the .SCAD file, let me know and I'll publish a new version.
