Geeetech i3 X - Filament spool holder

Just a spool holder for the Geeetech i3 X. It mounts the spool above the LCD. It is designed to be allowed to bend to prevent the spool from excessive swinging while the printer vibrates similar to a earthquake protection system for skycrapers.

[2016.05.06] Added a replacement for the pipe (_v4) which uses two common 8x22x7 bearings. This design offers _lowest friction_ together with _fast_ spool change time.
